What can I do now? · v2.8.0
Help your employee continue with the customer's known context, use the right business knowledge and leave important customer information open to human review.
What can I do now?
- Define useful customer information and review suggested profile updates.
- Keep confirmed customer facts distinct from information that still needs review.
- Use organized documents and Catalog information to improve answer quality.
- Choose whether the AI replies to customer message reactions without turning off ordinary messages.
Who is this useful for?
For owners and teams whose customers return across multiple conversations or need answers drawn from detailed business information.
What should I set up?
Choose a small set of useful customer fields, review the customer's profile and keep business sources current. Use Testing to check repeated questions and follow-up conversations. The reaction reply switch lives under Reply Behavior and uses the existing Save action.
Access and important limits
Suggested information can require human review; it is not automatically a confirmed fact. Passive customer fields do not authorize extra questions. The reaction switch applies to newly received recognized reactions and does not retract work already started.
Where can I learn how to use it?
Use the related guides below for current steps, permissions and examples. You can open the next or previous update without leaving the Help Center.
