The Conversation Management Center brings AI-active conversations, conversations waiting for your team, recent team replies, assignment, and conversation history together.

What to do

    Choose AI employee replying, Waiting for your team, or Recent team replies.

  2. 2

    Read recent messages and internal context before replying.

  3. 3

    Resolve the team task and return the conversation to the AI employee only when appropriate.
