How do I inspect a customer attachment in Mr. AI?

Mr. AI shows an available customer image or original voice recording inside its conversation. A caption remains alongside the media. AI Transcription is machine-generated text and should be checked against the recording when names, prices or instructions matter.

  1. 1

Open the customer conversation and find the media message.

  2. 2

Open an image to inspect the larger version, or use the voice player to play, pause and seek.

  3. 3

Read the caption and AI Transcription as separate parts of the message.

  4. 4

If loading fails, use Retry after checking the connection.

  5. 5

If the original is unavailable, ask for a new file when appropriate; a transcript cannot recreate the original recording.

When the text is present but the original is missing

An older message, an expired file or a channel that did not retain the original may provide only text. New original-file availability depends on your channel setup and retained storage. Switching customer stops playback so the previous customer’s audio does not continue in the new conversation.

Common questions

Is the transcription exact?

No. It can mishear details. Use the original or confirm important facts with the customer.

Does opening media run a new AI analysis?

Displaying retained media or transcription does not request a new analysis.

Why does Retry not restore an old file?

Retry can recover a temporary fetch failure, not a file that no longer exists.

Check the result

Open the original image or recording when available and compare it with the text. Treat transcription as fallible assistance.
