What happens to my points when I pay for another plan?
For a verified paid same-plan renewal or immediate plan change, Mr. AI adds the new plan’s points allocation to your current points balance exactly once. Unused positive points remain, and negative points debt reduces the new allocation.
The points calculation
New points balance = current points balance + purchased plan points. These are illustrative numbers, not a current price or plan offer.
- Positive balance: 500 + 4,100 = 4,600 points.
- Zero balance: 0 + 4,100 = 4,100 points.
- Negative balance: −300 + 4,100 = 3,800 points.
- Debt larger than the allocation: −5,000 + 4,100 = −900 points. The outstanding debt remains.
When does the new plan start?
The plan starts immediately on verified activation. The subscription end is reset from that activation time using the purchased plan’s configured duration, normally 30 days; the previous remaining days are not appended. The new plan’s limits and applicable minimum points balance take effect.
Points and message counters are separate. A message count is not a points conversion. Check Subscription → Usage reports for the recorded balance and usage. If your resulting points remain below the new plan’s minimum, relevant usage restrictions can still apply.
Renewal and access
Does paying clear an administrative suspension?
No. Payment does not remove an administrative suspension. Contact support if account access remains restricted.
Is a manually arranged renewal identical?
This guide describes the electronic paid renewal/change flow. A support-arranged manual renewal can follow the existing manual rules; confirm its dates and terms with support.
Why is my balance still negative?
Your old points debt may exceed the new allocation. Mr. AI preserves that debt rather than resetting the balance to zero.

Compare the new balance with the previous balance plus plan points. Check the new period start instead of assuming old days were appended.
