What should I do when Mr. AI cannot confirm my manual reply?
Keep the current conversation open and use Check send outcome when it is offered. Mr. AI keeps the original sending identity to reconcile an uncertain result. An unknown result is different from another employee owning the conversation; repeatedly pressing Send can create avoidable confusion.
