How is the system switch different from each channel’s AI switch?
The system switch controls live operation for the account, while WhatsApp and Messenger switches control automatic AI replies for those channels. New User Mode decides whether a new customer is automatically allowed, held for approval, or blocked.
- Check the points balance before re-enabling the system.
- Pause one channel during maintenance instead of stopping the full account.
