How do I pay for my Mr. AI subscription online?
Mr. AI offers a one-time Fawaterak checkout for eligible subscription plans when the payment provider is configured and ready. The account owner chooses a plan, reviews the order, completes payment on the hosted page and returns to track verification and activation.

From plan selection to activation

Open Subscription → Overview as the account owner.

Compare the plan price, points allocation and subscription duration shown in your account. Eligible electronic checkout currently uses Egyptian pounds (EGP).

Choose Review payment. If you have a discount code, enter it and choose Apply code. Review the original price, discount and amount to pay, then choose Create payment order.

Check the frozen plan, coupon, exact amount, currency and duration on the order page before paying.

Choose Continue to Fawaterak. Use one of the methods actually offered on that hosted page; available methods can vary.

Return to the order page. Wait for verification, or choose Verify payment when needed.

Check that the order says Subscription activated, then review your balance and new expiry. Payment confirmed with activation pending is a separate state.
Apply a discount code before hosted checkout
The coupon field is in the Mr. AI payment review, before you continue to Fawaterak. The payment gateway receives the confirmed discount and final amount. Expired, inactive or exhausted codes cannot create a discounted payment. Remove a code to review the full price. A quoted code does not reserve availability until the payment order is created.
A discount changes the amount you pay, not the plan points or duration. Pending payment orders can temporarily reserve limited coupon uses; successful verification counts a use once. Do not create another payment while an existing result is uncertain. A code that reduces payment to zero needs support handling; it does not activate a free plan automatically.
What does this purchase cover?
The order freezes the selected plan’s price, points and duration for that purchase. The paid plan starts immediately after verified activation. This flow is a one-time purchase; it does not configure automatic recurring card charges.

Can a Sales employee buy a subscription?
Subscription checkout and account payment history belong to the account owner. Sales access does not grant billing access.
Is every plan available online?
Only eligible active plans can be purchased. A non-EGP plan or unavailable plan may be shown without a purchase action. Use the available account options or ask support.
Can I type the coupon on the Fawaterak hosted page?
Apply your Mr. AI code in payment review before opening hosted checkout. This integration fixes the discount at transaction creation; it does not add a coupon-entry field to the external hosted page.
Will the example price match my account?
No. Screenshots use synthetic example plans and balances. The reviewed server order in your account is the purchase reference.

How do I return to Fawaterak if I closed checkout?
Open the original order from Payment history. For an unpaid pending order with a valid hosted link, use the continue-to-payment action. If the link is missing, use the offered restore-link action; verification can recover an eligible link without creating another purchase. If the provider cannot supply a usable link, follow the status message or contact support with the order reference.
If payment was already confirmed or money was debited, check verification and activation before paying again. Opening checkout, restoring a link or returning from the provider does not by itself prove payment or activate a plan.
