What can I do now? · v2.2.0

Connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT to understand your setup, prepare improvements and review the changes before they reach your customer conversations.

What can I do now?

  • Connect an assistant from Build & Manage with AI.
  • Ask for improvements to knowledge, Catalog items and conversation behavior.
  • Review proposed changes and apply the updates you choose.
  • Test your employee and return to an earlier configuration when you need to.

Who is this useful for?

For account owners who want help configuring their employee without editing every setting by hand.

What should I set up?

Open Build & Manage with AI, connect your assistant and review the access you grant. Begin with one clear improvement, then inspect the proposal and test the result.

Access and important limits

The normal workflow uses reviewed changes. Auto Apply & Publish is a separate optional owner authorization. Permission to prepare an external write test is separate again; it does not remove the review required for a real external write.

Where can I learn how to use it?

Use the related guides below for current steps, permissions and examples. You can open the next or previous update without leaving the Help Center.
