What should I do if a Fawaterak payment does not activate my plan?

Return to the existing Mr. AI order and verify its current state before trying another payment. If your bank shows a debit while the order is pending, uncertain or awaiting activation, keep the order reference and ask support to reconcile it.

  1. 1

Find the original order in Payment history; opening a new browser tab is not a reason to buy again.

  2. 2

Choose Verify payment if offered, then read the full status message.

  3. 3

If the attempt is explicitly failed and no debit needs investigation, use the order’s New payment attempt action when available.

  4. 4

If money was debited, the status is uncertain, or payment is confirmed but activation is pending, contact support with the reference, amount, currency and approximate time.

  5. 5

If the plan or its terms have changed before a new attempt, review a fresh order rather than assuming the old offer is still purchasable.

Protect payment information

Enter payment credentials only on the provider’s hosted checkout reached from your reviewed order. Never send card numbers, CVV, passwords, one-time codes or payment links containing private tokens in support messages or public screenshots.

Disputes and retries

Can I pay again while activation is pending?

Avoid another payment for the same purchase. Verification and support reconciliation are the right next steps when the first outcome is uncertain or already paid.

Does a refund notification mean the refund is complete?

No. Refund notifications require review. This flow does not automatically revoke the subscription or subtract points, and it does not provide a self-service refund action. Ask support about your case.

Will a duplicate notification add points again?

No. Repeated verification and notifications for the same fulfilled order must not apply another allocation. If you suspect two separate charges, support must review both records.

What if I closed the hosted page?

Open the original order from Payment history. Its verified state remains the reference; do not rely on browser history or a copied success URL.

Recover the existing order before creating another purchase

  • For an unpaid pending order, use its valid checkout link or restore-link action.
  • Read the refreshed status. Link recovery depends on the provider returning a usable, valid hosted link.
  • If you see a bank debit or payment confirmation, investigate that order before making another payment.
  • Keep the reference, amount and approximate time for support; never share card data or one-time codes.

Check the result

Inspect the existing order before starting another attempt. Share its reference and status with support without card data or secret codes.
