Who we are and scope
Mr.AI operates under the Mr. AI brand, and its legal registration is currently in progress. Use of the brand name on this page does not mean that company registration has been completed. This policy explains how Mr. AI handles data from visitors to mrailabs.com, people using its contact and trial features, and businesses using the Mr. AI platform. If you contact a business through a channel it connects to the platform, that business may also be responsible for the information you share with it. For questions about Mr. AI's handling of data, email [email protected].
Data we handle
When you submit a request, we receive your name, email, phone, business details, preferred channels and what you write, and may receive a business link or an attachment when uploads are enabled. During a trial, we use the business description, questions and session information needed to provide a response; a trial does not create an account automatically. When businesses use the platform, the service may process account settings, customer conversation content and AI replies, connected channels, and usage and performance records. Operational logs may include IP address, browser type, request times and service errors.
Why we use data
We use contact details to respond to requests, trial data to run the trial, and platform data to provide replies, follow-up, conversation management and reports. Operational data helps protect the service and diagnose faults. We may use aggregated indicators, such as conversation volume and sources, response trends and conversion trends, to understand and improve the product. We do not publish a particular business's results, customer story or sales figures without its permission.
Account access and conversation review
A platform customer can grant our support team temporary access from its dashboard when requesting help and can end that grant. Operational and administrative access is restricted; we do not describe this as an absolute technical inability to access accounts. Authorized staff may need to review samples of conversation text and AI replies to improve answer quality and investigate errors, while minimizing direct identifiers where possible and limiting access. Free-text messages may themselves contain a name, phone number or other identifying detail. We therefore do not claim that every sample is fully anonymous, and treat remaining identifiable content as personal data. We do not use temporary support access to enter customer accounts without a grant from the account owner, and do not publish individual conversations publicly.
Browser data and measurement
Your browser stores your theme choice locally. The trial uses temporary tab storage to resume without putting its session token in a URL. If usage measurement is enabled, we measure events such as page views and button clicks, and do not send message text or form fields to the measurement tool.
Service providers
Contact requests and trials pass through Mr. AI platform services. If you book a meeting on our site, Google processes the information you enter into its booking interface under its own policies. We may use hosting, operations and analytics providers when enabled to deliver these features. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed for its purpose or applicable obligations, then delete or remove identifiers where possible. We restrict access and use technical and organizational safeguards, although no digital service is risk-free. Some data may remain in backups or audit logs for operational or compliance needs.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or ask how it is handled, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity or direct you to the business you contacted if it is responsible for your conversation. Material changes and their effective date will be published after the final text is approved.
