# Fix a channel that stopped receiving messages
If messages do not appear in Chats, investigate the channel connection; if they appear without a reply, investigate AI controls.

## What to do

1. For WhatsApp, verify the linked device and reconnect with a fresh QR when needed.
2. For Messenger, test the Page token, webhook verification, subscriptions, and app mode.
3. For website chat, verify enablement, allowed domains, current snippet, and browser blockers.
