## How do I give Mr. AI support secure access to my account?

Create a temporary support grant from Immediate Support, then choose its duration, permission level, and reason. You do not share your password, and you can review previous grants or revoke active access when the work is complete.

- Never share your password.

- Revoke access as soon as support work is complete.
