# Enable and configure automatic customer follow-up
## How does automatic follow-up work in Mr. AI?

When a customer stops replying, AI can send another message after the configured delay. You can enable the feature, choose 1 to 3 attempts, set each delay with a minimum of 30 minutes, and add optional tone guidance.

- The maximum is 3 attempts.
- Every interval must be at least 30 minutes.
- Use the prompt for tone guidance, not new business facts.

## How to use it

1. Open Settings and System Settings, then find Automatic Follow-up.
2. Enable follow-up and select the number of attempts.
3. Set a delay for every attempt; each must be at least 30 minutes.
4. Add short guidance such as be helpful and do not pressure the customer.
5. Save and monitor outcomes and human interventions.
