# Manage current offers
Offers should contain everything the AI needs to explain who qualifies and when the promotion ends.

## What to do

1. Name the offer and describe the customer benefit.
2. Add validity dates, conditions, exclusions, and the related product or service.
3. Disable or update the offer immediately when it expires.
