# Test your AI employee before launch
The assistant testing page lets you evaluate responses without affecting a real customer conversation.

## What to do

1. Test prices, hours, branches, booking, objections, and incomplete customer details.
2. Try questions that are outside your documented knowledge and request a human agent.
3. Correct one source at a time, start a fresh test, and verify the improved response.
