Connect your assistant to Mr. AI, then send it the one setup message shown in Setup journey. It checks the connection, asks up to three questions, adds your basics and tests them. You then try your AI Employee yourself. If you already talk to ChatGPT or Claude about your business, it can reuse what it knows instead of you filling in long forms. It only asks about what is missing. ## Step 1: connect your assistant Setup journey shows the connection address and the steps for ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants. The page moves on by itself once the connection is ready. Your business name is already filled in. It shows you what it will add and waits for your approval. It should never invent a price or a policy. Everything it adds appears on your Mr. AI page while it works. ## Step 4: try it yourself After your assistant tests the AI Employee and reports the results, the chat opens on the same page. Ask what your customers usually ask. If it looks good, connect a channel and go live. If something is missing, add it and try again. > **You stay in control** > Not using an assistant? Choose Continue without an assistant at any time and set everything up by hand. ## Common questions ### How long does it take? The time depends on how much your assistant already knows and how quickly you answer its questions. ### Will my AI Employee start replying to customers? No. It only replies to customers after you connect a channel and go live. ### Can I change what the assistant added? Yes.
