# Connect WhatsApp with a QR code
The QR flow links a WhatsApp session to Mr. AI so customer messages can enter the shared inbox.

## What to do

1. Generate a fresh QR code and scan it from WhatsApp linked devices.
2. Wait until the dashboard reports a connected state.
3. Send a test from another number and confirm both receipt and reply.

> If the session expires, remove the stale linked device and generate a new QR code.
